Great location, cozy and clean self contained apartment that suited my needs. Abit of wear and tear, but it did not affect my overall experience. I was given an appt facing Manukau Station, so nice view. Housekeeping came in during the day (I had hoped to put a sign out on the door handle to say no need, but they came anyway - didn’t touch my things, just general tidying up so that was ok with me) More than enough bath and face towels were given and refreshed; shower pressure and hot water was also great. I had the floor aircon unit that was hosed out the window but it was cold and breezy in AKL anyway, so I didn’t really need it. Overall, very happy with the place !

No plates or bowls in my apartment.

The staff were exceptional and very reliable. They were happy to adjust our booking dates due to some changes in our trip schedule. The daily cleaning and providing of fresh towels was also appreciated. Great to have a full kitchen as well. The apartments are directly across from the bus station, so that was helpful for transport.

Unfortunately there was a bit of noise due to some disagreements in the carpark, but not much that can be done about that. We also noticed that it was a non smoking building however it smelled like cigarette smoke throughout the corridors of our floor.

I liked that there were 2 bathrooms with 2 separate showers. allowing for 2 people to shower at once, without any time constraints, to our group of 8, that stayed in a 4 bedroom apartment.

The dining table could have been bigger to accommodate for more people, and an extra couch to make sitting easier for more that 5 people especially in a 4 bedroom apartment, with more than 5 people. The chairs around the dining table, needs to be solid, and sturdy, rather than bendy and curvy chairs that bend as you sit, to which 1 snapped. Another is ensuring the exhaust fan in showers work, to draw humid air out of the bathroom. (Ventilation)

Having a fridge freezer and such I was able to purchase and eat my own food in my room. The kept my travel costs to a minimum. I was also close to where my meetings took place. It felt safe a wahine travelling alone. The bed was more comfortable than I thought. For the first night I slept on the couch thinking the bed would be uncomfortable to sleep on, I was wrong. It was lovely receiving new towels even though my stay was short.

There was nothing I can think of that I did not like. Maybe the hardest part for an older person was bringing up my luggage into the hotel itself. I am grateful I had a handicap carpark label I could display so I was close to the building.

Lovely and clean, Central to Manukau, Mall for shopping, food outlets, plus the park across road, able to take kids out to shoot some hops and kick the ball around.

No air conditioning, it was very muggy even with the apartment having 2 electric fans supplied, the place had some minor faults, bent dish washer corner, not repaired, hand towel rail kept falling off, missing screw, the shower kept falling down, water stream was lacking (maintenance upkeep), there is no wifi connection to TV, only your devices will work, the people begging down by car park area, brother went down to have a cigarette, couple times, accosted by lady for not giving her any money, it was not safe to go out after dark, people having parties in cars, parked up, it was not a secured car park area, even though our car was alright during our stay.

Location is on point ... main bus station and railway across the road ... easy walking distance to Westfield Shopping center, Countdown supermarket, Manukau event cinemas ... I felt safe as a solo traveller ... the freezer well utilized for ice and ice cream, bliss... great bonus having a washing machine within the apartment ... cleaning crew were quick, efficient and polite ... I appreciate the daily fresh towels and emptying of rubbish bins ...

Mid summer heat ... no air conditioning ... a few fans offered ... extremely stuffy throughout ... felt every spring in the mattress

Incredible value, amazing views of Auckland (11th floor) and right in Manakau City. Washer/dryer, secure, well appointed apartment. Biggest win was the price, even with the $10 surcharge for parking (common for the area) it was under $150 right off the Highway, minutes from the airport and withing walking distance of Westfield Shopping Centre. Really good place to end your holiday before heading to the Airport.

Hey, area is a bit rough compared to the Hyatt so is probably better suited to young travellers and couples rather than families and older people. We are in our 50's and were completely fine. Never felt worried but you will meet some colourful characters.

A modern apartment, Kitchenette for cooking meals full oven, washer dryer,plus laundry powder😃Two bedrooms, Great bed, clean linen, pillows..huge shower, everything provided. LOCATION EXCELLENT. Transport bus train 2min walk. Manukau mall 4-5 min walk. Excellent Location and" Value"for money good for families on a budget.Great staff at service desk attended 24/7 helpful, got us a new fan and iron on request.

The apartment was very hot on arrival, a standard cooling unit was provided, with a vent pipe hanging outside the window. It was a bit noisey, couldn't hear the TV, and there was no guard around the window frame to house the cooler vent pipe, thus allowing a gap for a bird to fly inside the unit, 🐦 . There's no air-conditioning or ducted air in the apartment.They do provide fans on request. I requested the apartment to be serviced, the place was not vacuumed. Called the desk a few times no answer, had to go to the service desk.

Everything was perfect beds, location and room. The guy at the front desk was very helpful and honest about the parking area, we were able to check in despite being later in the evening.

Heat in the room no air flow in the bathroom when showering. Had an aircon which was nice however, didn't flow into the bedrooms but it was great to have the fans in there. Was worried about our vehicle out there with the amount of people walking past but comforted to know from the nice guy at reception that there is a 24-hour camera. After our first night there, we were at ease.

Facilities were clean and all we needed plus a bonus to have dishwasher not that we needed it and a clothes washer dryer. 4 separate rooms and lovely communal area for us and 2 bathrooms was awesome. Mattrass springs were quite uncomfortable but l can sleep standing up my colleagues however requested l mention that was a negative for them

Down the hall was emergency housing and they were loud and abusive to staff, their was strong smell of Marijuana in the hall and leaked the building out. Apart from that once we got in our apartment it was lovely. No view but we didn't go there for view
