We absolutely loved this hotel — the location was excellent, just a short walk from the train station and close to all the main attractions in Florence. From the moment we arrived, the service was outstanding. It was raining when we got there, and the staff kindly lent us umbrellas. The woman who welcomed us, a lovely Cuban lady, was incredibly attentive and made us feel right at home. The next morning, we had the best breakfast we’ve ever had at a hotel in Italy: it was generous, delicious, and well-prepared, with proteins, fresh fruit, pastries, and excellent coffee — a truly varied and satisfying spread. The restaurant staff were also wonderful, always friendly and helpful. The beds were very comfortable, and although the room was a bit small, we managed just fine. For a stay of two or three days, it’s perfect; if you’re planning to stay longer, you might consider something a bit more spacious. But overall, we were very happy and would definitely return to this hotel.

The location was perfect! It is close to the train station so we didn’t have to drag our bags all over Florence. We were able to drop the bags before our room was ready so we could start exploring the city. On a map it looks far from the major sights but it’s such a walkable city everything is closer to the hotel than you think. The staff took time with every guest we didn’t feel rushed at all. They gave a great recommendation for dinner and even made a reservation for us. Will definitely recommend Lilium Hotel to everyone heading to Florence.

The location is perfect!! Very close to the train station and very quiet. Price is very very reasonable. Breakfast is included and they had good spread including eggs. Stafff is excellent and are very helpful. They also answered all my questions prior to the stay. The front desk is now available until 11:00 pm, they keep the luggage for free.

The quadruple room was small for a family of 4. Bathroom was also cramped.

Lilium Hotel is my go-to Hotel when I travel to Florence. I love that it is very close to the train station! And walking distance to most iconic places in Florence. I also love their breakfast spread. I have booked this hotel 3 times already and have recommended to my friends and family too. And they have actually stayed there. Customer service (special mention to Sana) is always great.

Some rooms need some upgrading especially the ones on the 3rd floor of the building. The floor in room that was assigned to me and my friends had a crack and it may cause some damage or injury.

It is conveniently located where there is only 5-min walk from the train station. It is located behind ‘Burger King” and inside a building where are other offices and hotels too. On the first night, we did not get enough blankets and there was no shower gel. But it was rectified the next morning when we notified the front desk. This hotel is within walkable distance to almost all interesting places/ museums and shopping streets. The breakfast was great too although the breakfast hall was bit small.

A lovely hotel in a perfect location, made truly special by its personnel! The reception staff were very kind, friendly, responsive, and professional. And the housekeeper was exceptional - warm, discreet, and made us feel genuinely at home. We almost felt unworthy of such thoughtful care. We absolutely recommend this hotel and will return without hesitation.

The hotel is very close to the station and easy to access. The room was clean, quiet, and cool — very comfortable during the hot summer. Eva at the front desk was very kind and helpful, and the housekeeping staff were also friendly and polite. The breakfast was really nice and well-prepared — we enjoyed it so much that we stayed in every day.

the structure itself is excellent, very close to the station and you can reach the center easily by walking. In the surrounding area you can easily find restaurants and mini supermarkets. And lastly the receptionist who assisted us during the check in, he was really very kind and friendly.

the only thing we didn't like was regarding the luggage as the guy receptionist told us to leave it near the door, as he assured us to move it to a safer place later when the breakfast time is done but when we came back we found it in the same place where guests or other persons can reach it easily.

The staff was excellent. We ended arriving very early, about 1030. The girl working the front desk asked the staff if our room was ready and it was so they let us in. It was very nice to drop our stuff off and get settled in. We liked that our room was exactly as advertised and it was roomy for a family of 4. The hotel was also in a great location. We were able to walk to everything we wanted. Breakfast was also good... we like our eggs and bacon.

Everything was great but just a suggestion if there were more hooks to hang our wet towels after a shower would be a bonus.

We enjoyed our stay in the hotel. Although it’s a 2-stars hotel, we found the accommodation and overall experience very good. The staff, especially the lady at the reception was super nice! She was always helpful and kind, helped with suggestions, and prepared a lovely take away breakfast as we had to leave very early in the morning. Thank you!! :) The beds and pillows were very comfy, location perfect to walk to the city center and explore Firenze. Breakfast was very nice! The room where we had breakfast was a bit tiny for the number of people, maybe this can be improved? Very good experience overall :)
