The hotel was good and clean and the location was good. 5 mins away, the local shops were near the hotel, e.g, pingo doce, lidl, which is helpful. The rooms isn't that big but I mostly spent my time outside so that was fine! The Internet was great and the reception was good. The shower is very nice as well and the water pressure is perfect. Will definitely be back again!

One morning, I put the sign that said to clean my room on the door, but unfortunately, they didn't change my sheets. I told reception and they told me that I needed to tell the cleaning staff even though this shouldn't happen.

A very pleasant option in a quieter area of Lisbon, but close to the Gulbenkian Foundation, and between two metro stations. My double room was smaller than expected, but was compensated for by being very comfortable, and very nicely designed. It was also very quiet, which was a bonus. The bed was perfect, the linens and towels excellent. I liked the bathroom, too, very pleasantly designed. There was a Nespresso machine, which I learned to like, and bottles of water in the little glass fronted fridge. Downstairs, there was a good breakfast buffet in the dining area.

The music during breakfast was way too loud. Otherwise, nothing to be concerned by.

The hotel was in very good condition and the staff were very professional and pleasant. I was upgraded to seventh floor and my room had excellent views with a massive balcony which I thoroughly enjoyed. The hotel is in a residential neighbourhood with great restaurants and cafes around and a mall round the corner. it is 15mins from the airport and you can easily get around using uber to city center.

I didn't really like the breakfast though, I think they could have more variety. The hotel is also a bit far from city centre and you will need uber to move around a lot.

Room is super nice. Amazing bed and a selection of pillows. Check in happened to be at 3pm and not earlier which was not the best but i was kinky allowed a late check out due to a late flight.

The area isn’t super lively but a supermarket is close by. Free parking Fri-Sun on the street if you hire a car. Bolt is super cheap so it’s 4-5€ to get to the going out area or to the airport 15min away. I’d rather stay here comfortable than in a super expensive hotel in the centre where it’s loud and hectic.

Great hotel, the staff were very accommodating and helpful. Got upgraded to a suite, the room was clean, spacious and very comfortable. There are two metro stations nearby and is not too far from the city centre (around 15-20 mins by tube). Would visit again if in Lisbon

Not necessarily a negative but more so something to keep note of. Check-in as at 3pm and they do not offer early check-in. Keep this in mind, especially if you have flight in is a morning one

Beautiful entrance. Nice manager and bar staff. Kind receptionists. Everything well kept. Beautiful neighborhood. Sun in the morning in the room. Good space for baggage.

The room isn’t huge so probably not the best option if you’re claustrophobic or looking for longer days/ traveling with a partner. Excellent for shorter stays (at least for my room). As a general Im not a fan of carpets. Just because, many visitors, many germs.

Great location in nice neighbourhood, easily accessible from the airport with subway, a few minutes away from big shops and park Eduardo VII. Room was great as we got a free upgrade to a top floor suite with panoramic windows and large terrace, sadly it was raining so we couldn’t use it much. Overall a big, clean, comfortable room and we enjoyed the stay.

Some slippers would be nice, as everything else (incl. bath robes) was provided, but overall nothing to complain about.

Great location, close to metro, parks, restaurants and cafes. Very comfy, well equipped rooms. Great view from our top floor balcony. The restaurant and breakfast buffet is great with lots of options. The staff is friendly and attentive.

Typical of hotels in Lisbon, the power to the room only comes on once you slot your room key into a receptacle by the door. This includes the air conditioner, so during the warmer months the room will take a while to cool down, especially with the eco mode flow the central air is only capable of.

Hotel was spotless. Everything you needed and more like a coffee maker, fridge, dressing gown and balcony.

Too far away from the centre which is no fault of the hotel. It is a long walk. About 80000 steps to the centre. Spent a lot on taxis back up but walked down. Taxis are on metres and some rip you off. We got charged 33 euros first night but the rest of the time was between 5 and 12 euros.

The room was very big and comfortable. The bar hostess was lovely and opened a bottle of wine for us that we had bought outside the hotel. Everything was very clean and well presented. All the staff were nice. Location is great , close to metro and close to breakfast places.

The room housekeeping was very inconsistent and the number of towels and pillows provided changed on a daily basis. We were only provided with one bathrobe for a two person stay. No slippers available.
