Our stay at Space Apart Hotel was wonderful. The location is excellent, with two tube stations nearby, making it easy to explore the city. Kensington Gardens are just a short walk away, perfect for a morning run or a relaxing stroll. The apartment was spacious and comfortable for three people, and even from the ground floor, we had a lovely view. The heating was excellent, keeping us warm during our stay. The staff were very helpful and provided great service. Overall, a great experience, and we would definitely stay here again!

Regarding cleanliness, the room was very clean upon our arrival. However, we would have preferred if cleaning was done daily, especially vacuuming, and if towels were changed during our stay. Also, whether or not there was one, it would be great to have a filter coffee maker or an espresso machine in the fully equipped kitchen for added convenience.

Our Premium Studio on the top floor was spacious & well equipped. This was our second stay here & we liked our apartment even better than the first stay when we had a standard studio. The weather was very hot for the first couple of days of our stay so we appreciated the efficient air conditioning which kept the room very cool. It was great having the small kitchen to keep cold drinks in the fridge as well as some breakfast items. We did several loads of laundry for which the staff provided detergent pods. The apartment is in a lovely residential area within a short walk of Kensington Palace. The Bayswater and Queensway tube stations are very close making it easy to get around London.

The shades could be a bit longer and more room darkening. We solved this by wearing sleep masks.

It is location in a residential area with lots of aparthotels in the surrounding. The good part, it feels peaceful and quiet. We stayed in the room with the master bed located in the mezzanine. 5 minutes walk and we change from the quiet to lively environment as there are a lot of souvenir shops and cafe along the 800-meter street leading the the huge Kensington Garden / Hyde Park. We can also walk for about 15 mins to get us to Paddington. Nice location.

The only discomfort we experienced is the floor-to-ceiling mezzanine is way too sort. We can't stand upright and need to be extra careful whenever we wake and get up from bed if we don't want our head got bumped to the low ceiling.

Spacious apartment in a good location. Good communications and easy check-in.

This apartment was listed as having a washing machine and dryer. Not so. Management did offer the use of a laundry 3 levels higher which did the job.

The location is excellent, with a park and restaurants within a block, across the street, and more restaurants, shops, and several tube stations within 1/2 mile. There is a nice couch, cupboards and a kitchenette. Nice part of London!

The room has one of the first generation Rainforest Showers. The shower water flows straight down, which makes it difficult to rinse off. I couldn't live with a rainforest shower more than 2 nights. But if you don't mind that shower type, it's a very nice room and location.

Location and kitchen facilities are very good.

Daily cleaning is not performed, but i am not sure its becauae of apart hotel concept. And Wc privacy is very less due to the glass door:)

The location is perfect, close to the centre and hyde park, there are many pubs and restaurants around, I liked that there is a kitchen in the room, cleaning was good, I couldn’t see any problem and the heating worked very well. We enjoyed with our stay.

The bed could have been more comfortable, it was a little hard for me and we didn’t like the showerhead, it could have been easier to use, the water was good and hot, but it didn’t flow well because of the showerhead

The room was well laid out, spacious (for one person) and with a large window ..plenty of natural light filling the room. It was a double room, though as the bed was pushed against one wall - access for a second person to get to the other side of the bed could only be by shuffling across the bed, but no problem for solo travellers. Plenty of amenities whether you want to cook a meal, or bring something in to reheat in the microwave. A lovely quiet area - no street noise at all during the day or nights. I would happily stay in the same room again.

The only negative was that the toilet was tightly squeezed into one side of the wall within the bathroom, which was a bit of a tight squeeze to get into for use, as it was necessary to maneuver between the edge of the sink and the doorframe to get to sit on the toilet.

It is an entirely small apartment, so it is great! It is also seems to be safe (as I felt there) and in a great location (lot of groceries, restaurants and public transportation nearby).

Cleaning are only ok, there is room for improvement. Apartment in the basement are incredibly noisy, suffering all impact from who walks above. Some stuffs didn’t work properly, as exemple of the washing machine and some light bulbs. You can ask them to fix or change it as well. But it is boring to deal with it in your holidays. It is not a hotel, so it don’t has a “do not disturb” plate. Then, employees will enter in your room in ordem to empty trash bins and I don’t now else more (not to clean or change lines).

I stayed at Space ApartHotel for 4 nights, and it was a great experience. The hotel is very well located on a quiet street, making it a peaceful place to rest while still being close to everything. My room was perfect for one person, equipped with everything I needed. The accommodation felt very safe and cozy, which was important for me as a solo traveler. The reception staff and housekeeping were incredibly kind and attentive. The Wi-Fi worked perfectly throughout my stay, and both the heating and hot water were reliable. A great plus is that the hotel has an elevator, although there was a small final set of stairs to reach my room that couldn’t be accessed by the elevator. However, it was just a few steps and not an issue for me. Overall, I’d give it a 10/10. Highly recommended for solo travelers! 😊
