Where to begin? Firstly, we want to express our immense gratitude to Meriem for considering all the requirements my friend and I had regarding our room. Her professionalism and dedication to the hotel's clientele significantly contributed to making our stay at the Maldron exhilarating, largely due to her attentive care. The room, remarkably spacious and situated on the hotel's top floor with an impressive city view, was an absolute delight. Its impeccable cleanliness and regular upkeep speak volumes about the remarkable work of the housekeeping staff. Speaking of our excellent stay at the Maldron, it would be incomplete without praising the exceptional professionalism and thoughtful demeanor of Anthony. His presence filled with kindness, warm welcome, and rare elegance in the hospitality industry left an indelible mark on our stay. Every interaction with him was a paragon of exemplary service, combining both a deep knowledge of his profession and an authenticity that deeply resonated with us. His commitment to the excellence of customer service is admirable and undeniably elevated our experience to an exceptional level. A huge thank you to Anthony for making our stay so memorable and rewarding. Finally, a huge thank you to Zac, whose exemplary courtesy, affable politeness, and knack for conversation transformed our moments at the bar into unforgettable experiences. His ability to create a relaxed atmosphere while delivering sumptuous cocktails was simply remarkable. Every interaction with Zac was more than just a service: it was an engaging and enriching experience. His kindness and welcoming nature were key elements that added a special touch to our stay. A sincere thank you to Zac for making our evenings at the bar so enjoyable and memorable. In conclusion, our renewed love for Manchester, for the second time, is largely because we knew that at the end of our days of exploration (or parties!

Honestly, I could not have asked for more on a trip for my 30th birthday. Lovely welcoming staff and the rooms were stunning. I'm a gal that usually goes to a Premier Inn so it quite genuinely blew me away to see how slinky, sleek and stylish the whole place was. Gorgeous breakfast! Great staff! (Receptionist with the cateye frames; you were fabulous!) There's enough elevators where you aren't stuck if you're on a high floor. The Executive Suite bed was *divine*! The whole place was clean. I booked a little celebration package with a banner and balloons and it was a magical experience. (I even brought my heart balloon home with me on the train and it stayed floating at my house for another 3 weeks!) High quality and so so appreciated, please don't be afraid to email them ahead of your trip if you'd like to make it extra special. The attention to detail and the care taken towards guests is truly second to none.
Nothing!

Location was brilliant, was close enough to go out and yet in a location not to be disturbed when sleeping. Breakfast was lovely and there was plenty of choices. The staff were so friendly, helpful and went above and beyond. I have to give a special mention to Luca in reception and Joe at the bar. They were so friendly to us and so helpful. Luca is a breath of fresh air and as a first point of contact all.I can say is that your hotel is so so lucky, she's genuinely a really lovely person, full of smiles and help, makes a massive difference. Joe was again so friendly, sound young lad, my son is a massive football fan and was great that Joe was so approachable and engaging. The hotel was clean, nice vibe in the bar and that's alot down to how staff are. Thanks so much for a really enjoyable stay
Can't think of a thing🤗

Great location - comfy clean room - excellent breakfast. Reception staff were very helpful - in fact everyone was very keen to please and ensure we had a good stay. Small problem with the room key when we arrived - receptionist sorted it quickly and easily, accompanying us back to the room to make sure it worked correctly. Dinner was lovely - nice choice of food and wine which arrived promptly. Breakfast was excellent- lovely range of hot and cold choices including for those with special dietary requirements. Breakfast stays open til 10.30 which also enabled a relaxed start to our day. Parking is a 5 minute walk away - very easy. We paid at 16.30 on the day of arrival and were covered until 23.59 the following day.
Nothing - all good. There were a couple of issues with the room but reception dealt with both issues quickly and appropriately. We were really impressed.

Close to the center, great restaurants close by. Rooms were nice, clean and well decorated. Coffee and kettle in the room is always a nice touch. Self check-in online and self-serve key collection in reception made life really easy - hadn't experienced that at a hotel before, no idea if it's a new/unique thing or not.
Our room felt like it was on top of the train line. Probably could have figured that was a possibility prior to booking but.....I didn't.....and it was a little annoying. Not enough to put me off going back though. Also, I wish I'd have looked to see if it was possible to book a room with a bigger bed. Bed was comfortable enough but I should have checked to see if there was rooms with bigger beds.

My brother sister and I stayed at the Maldron Hotel City Centre for 3 nights. We had a triple room. The beds were amazingly comfortable, and the room was clean and bright. The shower room was large so great for 3 of us. The breakfast was really tasty and there was a great selection to chose from. We all felt that the staff were outstanding it was a Sunday morning so the restaurant was packed but all of the staff were friendly, efficient, and professional and kept topping up the breakfast items. There was a guy that was sight impaired and the service that they gave him was outstanding and this really stood out. We loved our stay and would strongly recommend the Maldron Hotel Manchester City Centre.
I would say that some more storage facilities would be great there were only 3 hangers when we arrived but this was resolved by the staff really quickly.

Very welcoming from the outside. Absolutely spotless inside. Mo and Emmanuel in the bar/restaurant area gave exceptional customer service - such lovely men and a credit to the hotel. Delicious food.
My room was positioned right by a railway line, but the noise was tolerable. Although the food was lovely, it was a very limited menu. I’d just run the marathon so was looking forward to a big meal afterwards but there was a very small menu and portions were small too. It was delicious and I’d definitely eat there again, just not after a marathon when I need something more substantial.

Perfect location for going to the Theatre on Oxford Road only 0.2 miles away! Hadn't planned to use the restaurant for our evening meal but the menu was great and very reasonable and the staff were exceptionally friendly, helpful and cheery so we decided to eat there. Brilliant decision as it meant we didn't end up wandering the streets and the food was fab. Cannot fault the friendly and attentive staff, everybody we spoke to seemed very content, happy to help and couldn't be more responsive to our needs. Will definitely use this hotel again as it wasn't overly expensive and met every one of our needs. Thank you 🙏

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly accommodating and even allowed us to check in early, which was a great start to our trip. The room itself was very spacious, with a lovely big bathroom that felt luxurious. The blackout curtains were excellent, making for a great night’s sleep, and we loved the fact that we could connect our devices to the TV – such a great feature! Everything was spotless, and the amenities in the room were a lovely touch, including the delicious biscuits, coffee, and bottled water. The advertised car park was also a big plus. It was easy to find, reasonably priced for the location, and made our stay even more convenient. Overall, a fantastic experience, and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay again!
