Honestly, I could not have asked for more on a trip for my 30th birthday. Lovely welcoming staff and the rooms were stunning. I'm a gal that usually goes to a Premier Inn so it quite genuinely blew me away to see how slinky, sleek and stylish the whole place was. Gorgeous breakfast! Great staff! (Receptionist with the cateye frames; you were fabulous!) There's enough elevators where you aren't stuck if you're on a high floor. The Executive Suite bed was *divine*! The whole place was clean. I booked a little celebration package with a banner and balloons and it was a magical experience. (I even brought my heart balloon home with me on the train and it stayed floating at my house for another 3 weeks!) High quality and so so appreciated, please don't be afraid to email them ahead of your trip if you'd like to make it extra special. The attention to detail and the care taken towards guests is truly second to none.

Great location - comfy clean room - excellent breakfast. Reception staff were very helpful - in fact everyone was very keen to please and ensure we had a good stay. Small problem with the room key when we arrived - receptionist sorted it quickly and easily, accompanying us back to the room to make sure it worked correctly. Dinner was lovely - nice choice of food and wine which arrived promptly. Breakfast was excellent- lovely range of hot and cold choices including for those with special dietary requirements. Breakfast stays open til 10.30 which also enabled a relaxed start to our day. Parking is a 5 minute walk away - very easy. We paid at 16.30 on the day of arrival and were covered until 23.59 the following day.

Nothing - all good. There were a couple of issues with the room but reception dealt with both issues quickly and appropriately. We were really impressed.

Location was brilliant, was close enough to go out and yet in a location not to be disturbed when sleeping. Breakfast was lovely and there was plenty of choices. The staff were so friendly, helpful and went above and beyond. I have to give a special mention to Luca in reception and Joe at the bar. They were so friendly to us and so helpful. Luca is a breath of fresh air and as a first point of contact all.I can say is that your hotel is so so lucky, she's genuinely a really lovely person, full of smiles and help, makes a massive difference. Joe was again so friendly, sound young lad, my son is a massive football fan and was great that Joe was so approachable and engaging. The hotel was clean, nice vibe in the bar and that's alot down to how staff are. Thanks so much for a really enjoyable stay

Excellent customer service with professional and friendly team. We liked the option for online check-in and check-out. Our room was excellent and very comfortable with great en-suite shower room. There was a selection of complimentary toiletries, tea, coffee and bottled water. The beds were very comfortable and we slept very well and hardly noticed any external noise, considering we were in a city centre hotel.

Very little; the only comment I would make is that at breakfast we found some items to be either under or overcooked. That said whilst not the best breakfast we have had it was by no means the worst, and we left well fed!

Great breakfast choices - full range of cooked breakfast choices (bacon sausage, scrambled and fried eggs, beans, mushrooms, black pudding, tomatoes etc), cereals, pastries, juice etc. Very spacious and comfortable room in a great location - 10 minute walk from Piccadilly train station, 5 minute walk from restaurants and bars. Tea, coffee and biscuits in the room. Easy check in with terminals available in reception as well as staff - very handy if there's a queue of people waiting to check in.

Would have loved to have had a bath as well as a shower, but this is a very minor quibble.

Close to the center, great restaurants close by. Rooms were nice, clean and well decorated. Coffee and kettle in the room is always a nice touch. Self check-in online and self-serve key collection in reception made life really easy - hadn't experienced that at a hotel before, no idea if it's a new/unique thing or not.

Our room felt like it was on top of the train line. Probably could have figured that was a possibility prior to booking but.....I didn't.....and it was a little annoying. Not enough to put me off going back though. Also, I wish I'd have looked to see if it was possible to book a room with a bigger bed. Bed was comfortable enough but I should have checked to see if there was rooms with bigger beds.

The reception staff were friendly but booking in was easy at the machines. The room we had (1120) was well equipped with tea, coffee, biscuits and Espresso machine. There was a large TV. If you are staying for more than 3 or 4 days there is not much wardrobe space, but plenty for a couple of days. Very comfy beds. There is an iron and ironing board. The bathroom was lovely with a huge walk in shower and hand soap, shower gel and conditioning shampoo provided in large bottles. The bar/cafe was nice too. Reasonable prices. TV's showing sports (on silent). Comfy chairs. Breakfast was buffet and lots of choice. Cheaper if you book on reception. Also do late night pizza! Parking about a 5 min max walk. Pay at the hotel for a discounted price.

Oxford Road in Manchester is a great location for food and drink. Near the train station and about 10 mins walk to shopping centre. Beautiful room and clean. Beds comfortable. Lovely breakfast (the best, we enjoyed breakfast). Staff are friendly and helpful.

Nothing…. On the first night, we went to a hotel restaurant. I wanted a pizza with a BBQ sauce base but was informed the restaurant only offered tomato sauce then I had to choose a different meal but the meal was unenjoyable due to the lukewarm temperature of the food. My kids didn’t enjoy their pizza either.
