Superb hotel and room facilities; the best pillows I have had in any hotel I have stayed. Very spacious hotel room, with an iron, a good amount of pillows on the bed, and in the bathroom hand and body towels, soap, and tissues. There was a fridge with bottled water; as well as biscuits with the tea and coffee, an ironing board, and some nice information given by the hotel on available facilities and food to order if we stayed in the hotel The staff at the restaurant on the 2nd floor were very helpful and friendly; we were able to order porridge and omelette for breakfast (very nicely done). There was a good range of food, cooked breakfast (eggs, tomatoes, bacon etc) fruit (banana, apples), sliced meats (ham), cheese, juices, hot drinks, bread and pastries. We will definitely like to come and stay there again.

We wished we could have stayed longer. The shower adjustments, for hot water, we sorted it out. Different hot drinks in hotel room like hot chocolate and herbal tea.

Once we found how to get into the car park, it was great! Very modern & clean. Reception staff were excellent & so friendly & helpful. Car parking pricing is a bit steep but it was right by the hotel and safe. The room was very clean with all amenities in place. The bed was large too! The restaurant food was amazing. We ate in there the first night and while the price was rather high I felt, the quality was outstanding. The staff were super friendly & very attentive. They were really ever so polite and friendly, especially Mrtikka (I do apologise if I’ve got that wrong) She was super helpful and an absolute asset to the hotel.

The hotel was cold. It was extremely cold weather outside but the bedroom and the main hotel was cold. In the dining room/restaurant there were heaters in place. The lift was freezing cold & the bedroom was cool. I was cold in the night but couldn’t find another blanket so I used the very heavy towelling bath robe on the bed which was more than adequate. To be fair, we didn’t ask for any extra blankets and I’m sure had we done so, they would have provided us with one.

The location is very good, close to the sightseeings. The parking is so close but needs to pay around £22 for 24hours. Remember to let the receptionist know about your parking so you can get a small discount. The breakfast buffet is brilliant. The restaurant is spacious and bright, and the hotel staffs were super friendly. The room was spacious for a four people family. The sofa bed is good enough for two kids.

Nothing really, but if I have to mention something then the toilet paper is too thin and the quality def needs to be improved.

Loved hiw welcoming the staff were on arrival held put luggage until we were able to check in they spoke to us about events that were on. We were also offered free ice cream for the little one. The room was incredible with lots of space and cleaned everyday, staff even made sure our room was OK by calling the room.

A few homeless people hanging around the outside of hotel, was also a man below our window fiddling with his penis in daylight but the staff did try to move him away from the hotel

The room was big, the breakfast was very good. There are two or three really good Caribbean and Indian restaurants around the corner.

Bristol city center isn't actually where the action is. There are mainly big shopping malls and in the evenings it's quite dead. The area around the harbor seems to be more lively. For urban continental Europeans it can be a bit surprising that the kitchen in many restaurants closes quite early. ~5pm for most pubs, -8pm for many restaurants.

All aspects of the Hotel stood out & that's why we always go to a Holiday in. One thing which has still to be resolved is recovery of our Military discount which was missed on payment at the desk on arrival. All staff were pleasant especially 'Yasmin' who went out of her way to accommodate our every need. So, to give the 100% Booking just need to apply the discount & inform Holiday Inn who will refund us the difference.

Definitely needs to sort out the toaster which the bread kept sticking & burning giving off smoke.

The staff went out of their way to make our stay positive and enjoyable. I was travelling with my son and disabled friend who had an assistance dog with her and specific dietary requirements. The restaurant staff were brilliant and I must mention Ratika and Mrittika. They were amazing and so helpful, kind and friendly. What an asset to your hotel. Also the young lady on reception downstairs was great as was the young man on duty at the bar and restaurant in the evening. Wel done everyone.

The breakfast food was amazing and staff was very friendly and respectful to my wife and 3 children. We asked for extra hour to check out and it was granted right away which was a big relief.

It would have been great if there was a sliding door to separate the parents room from the kids room for more privacy. Other than that everything else was exceptional.

Parking facilities were excellent being able to offload from the NCP Carpark under cover and check in before parking the car. A cost of £20 for the 24 hours applied which we settled at reception. Subsequently reception activated the ticket to enable us to get through the barrier upon leaving. Comfortable, quiet room. Close enough for the Registry Office where we were headed on foot. Breakfast was excellent, plenty of variety, hot plates, plenty of assistance. Our waitress, Mriktta, was especially delightful.

Having requested an early check in since we were due at a wedding at 3pm, we were firstly delighted and relieved that our room was indeed available, but then were rather shocked that you wanted £10 for each hour before the regular 3pm book in. It was 12.30 at this point but an accommodation was reached…

Stayed here 2 weekend in a row. First weekend wasn’t the best but second time was lovely. Smaller, but nice clean room. Had everything we needed - this time with breakfast included - which might be worth it as there are not many nice places to go out for breakfast right in a city centre and the ones we found close by were super busy over the weekend so had to gueue for a while. Staff at the front desk and at the breakfast were super nice and helpful.
