The pool was the highlight of our stay. We booked this hotel to stay 1 night so my daughter could swim. Staff was super friendly, room was clean.

The only thing I didn't like that comes to mind, is paying for parking. Other than Las Vegas, I've never stayed at a hotel where I had to pay for parking. I thought it was kinda tacky. And thought $10 a night was kinda steep if I am a guest. So that would deter me from booking again. I guess I didn't realize this before, I did not even think to look, just assumed a customer wouldn't have to pay for that....maybe drop it down to $3-5 a night, not $10.....

I love that it was close to everything, the beds were comfortable and the front deck staff were very nice and also helpful with giving info about things to do. Alexander one of the shuttle drivers was so nice and friendly. My kids enjoyed the pool and the muffins for breakfast.

The only thing I didn't like was Walter the shuttle driver he wasn't pleasant at all. He didn't greet us nor did he talk. It was a different experience with Alexander he said Gm how we like being in Minnesota and he even talk to the kids!! Thats all the negative I have everything else we enjoyed.

The front desk lady was amazing. Always helpful and knowledgeable. Above and beyond. The shuttle drivers, just as accommodating. The hotel room was a little out dated: no usb ports or C ports. Some wear and tear. Here and there in bathroom as well as furniture. Bed was ok. Not great but ok. The pool area was crazy. No order in the jacuzzi. Children under 14. Some with parents. Under 5. Trying to warm them up. Because the pool water was extremely cold. The patrons did not watch their children. A woman tried to be rude with my 7 year old granddaughter over a beach ball that was not theirs. Another child tried to bully my granddaughter over noodle. I was polite in both cases. Another two boys 9&10?, were being picked on by a teen, 13-14? The horse played was Attempting to drown. Again no supervision of parents. On either side. We were present but we were on vacation. Not present to watch other people’s children. Though we did prepare to intervene if, absolutely necessary. The younger boys’ older brother maybe 14 or 15, came around and he proceeded to horse played with the first teen. Play drowning him. They ended up at the jacuzzi, leaving the two younger boys alone. Finally their mom was present, by then. Just no one to make sure children are not left unattended was our concern. With too many bullies around. Children preying on children. Adults cannot intervene lest they get accused of anything nowadays. Just pray for the best. However, Wyndham could be held liable due to no security to any parties involved. Just a thought. Our first night’s sleep was disrupted by preteens/teens, running around at 1-2am. Breakfast meals were okay. No oatmeal, fruits or waffles but ok.

The staff was very accommodating after we arrived and our suite wasn’t ready. We were upgraded to two rooms with poolside access.

The complimentary breakfast was just a baggie full of granola bars and fruit. Nothing compared to our previous stay. It would have been nice to have a heads up that that was the replacement for an actual breakfast. We ended up having to pay more to eat out vs having a nice breakfast with our stay.; The room could have also been cleaner. Our tub was clogged and the floors were dirty.

I liked the closeness to the mall. The room was spacious. The beds were comfortable. The view was awesome. We had a king sized bed with a pullout couch in it, face the pool , the breakfast was decent, the pool area was nice and clean.

Our room wasn’t freshened up every day new towels we had to ask for them, and then the person that we asked didn’t know how to speak English, we wanted to enjoy the pool, but it closes at 10 which makes it difficult, especially if we’re on spring break I think it should be open till later. The breakfast line is way too long. I feel like the option to have waffles is wonderful but they need to have a different set up so more people can get waffles made and then not have to try and find somebody to fill it. Better restaurant options, nearby .

Everything , else it was very cold in the room But I didn't get a chance to tell the staff . So no harm no foul But it was extremely uncomfortablely cold . Next time I'll make sure I say something cos everything was great for the weekend .

The cold room.. And the breakfast was healthy but I am used to hotel at that price range having hot meals for guests.Who like hot meals in the morning . Not necessarily bacon and sausage but just something warm and inviting .

Perfect location. Beds were very comfortable, room and facilities were clean, staff were very helpful and courteous, shuttle service was excellent, and the drivers were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast great. A wide variety of things to eat, hot and cold.

Our toilet didn't fully flush. We let front desk know and they let maintenance know. We left the room for the day and when we returned, we could tell that they had been in the room and had done something. Whatever they did, did help for a couple flushes. And then we were back to having to flush 2-3 times just to get toilet paper to flush.

Check in was quick and easy! Had a 2 queen bedroom. Very spacious with a recliner to chill in! Bathroom wasn't cramped, with a shower/tub. Swimming pool was larger than we thought, and has a kiddie pool area too! This was the first hotel with a free breakfast that had an abundance of food choices available! And was still was well stocked when we we at 9:30am, breakfast ends at 10am. Also, the hotel smelled great when we entered!

To be quite honest, there wasn't anything that made me feel like it could have been better. But if you need something, the ashtrays outside could have been placed further away from the doors.

Was hesitant based on some of the reviews- but we had an AWESOME time. Our 1yr and 4 yr old loved the zero-entry waterpark! The poolside king suite was perfect for us and in great shape & very reasonable. We could very easily walk to the mall, which was a huge perk to not load kids in/out of vehicle.

The breakfast could have been better, most of the cooked food was not great but they did have cold cereal/yogurt/oatmeal, ect. Huge bonus- they had a very nice latte/coffee machine that was so good & saved us a ton of money at the mall coffee shops!! Yum.

The staff! Especially Youssuf at the front desk! I was adopted 71 years ago and my half sister found me! So we met at the airport and I was telling Youssuf about it and he put us in rooms next to each other. That was so sweet and he was so so wonderful. He even remembered our names the entire time. Jill was great too! She was always there when we needed a ride to & from the Mall!
