Perfect city centre accommodation, close to absolutely everything you’ll need. It was clean and comfortable with great bathroom products and food/drink offers both from the restaurant, room service and mini bar. Although we didn’t have anything it was great to have the option. The free room upgrade was awesome, never had that before and it felt like Christmas!! Staff were amazing, helpful and so nice and welcoming!!

The parking was a little bit annoying without it being onsite, I’ve never experienced that before. Understand it can’t be helped with the city centre location but the valet offer was great although we didn’t use it, the park was still within easy walking distance. Would sacrifice onsite parking for the perfect hotel location like this so wasn’t all bad, just different for me from other experiences I’ve had.

Big comfortable bed, great location- near lots of food shops & not hill-y, great blockout curtains, easy check in- was initially going to just drop off bags but the friendly staff said we have our room ready so we were able to check in earlier with no extra fee. Our room had more than enough space for 2 people. Both sides of the bed had accesible wall sockets for chargers/electronics.

TV couldn't cast Netflix, but was able to cast Prime video. Wifi was decent although my movies did buffer from time to time. There weren't any complimentary water provided in the room so make sure to byo. Our room was near the elevator so we occasionally heard people talking.

The Airedale Boutique Suites are a perfect base to explore Auckland. The location on Queen Street is a short walk to the Harbour via shops and points of interest. There is plenty to explore from this base if you are in Auckland for 2 to 4 days. We found the rooms spacious clean comfortable, quiet and well presented. We really enjoyed the breakfast, this is a choice from the menu rather than a buffet and is restaurant standard. The staff were pleasant and informative. We had an unusual experience during our stay, the hotel was evacuated at 2:00am due to the fire alarms being set off. This was due to inconsiderate guests smoking in their room. I mention this as the hotel staff and Auckland fire department were professional and efficient. We would definitely recommend staying at the Airedale Boutique Suites if you are visiting Auckland.

The hotel is very central and excellent walking distance to many amenities and attractions within central Auckland. The staff are unbelievably helpful and welcoming. A side order was missed, absolutely not a big deal but a complimentary tea was given and our room had a funny smell and we were immediately moved to a nicer room (pictures of the junior suite uploaded). We felt so incredibly looked after and welcomed. So much so, that we’ve booked to come back at the end of our month long honeymoon be for we fly home. Looking forward to coming back!

Airedale is a lovely boutique hotel - beautiful decor and thoughtful touches everywhere. I liked the layout of the room, as a solo traveller the bed being tucked in close to the walls didn’t worry me at all, and made space to have a genuine, comfortable little sitting area. Breakfast in the lovely restaurant was great. Nice minibar, and the TV could be easily manoeuvred to watch from the chairs or from the bed. Location was really handy, and up a bit from some sketchier areas in Queen St. I would definitely stay again.

The room was spacious and very comfortable. The staff was friendly and accommodating and the breakfast at the restaurant in the hotel was quite good.

The parking recommended by the hotel was a complete rip-off and did not cost what the hotel said it would. Do not go to their recommended garage. The prices are listed in a deceptive manner such that you will pay far more when you go to depart. There are plenty of parking options nearby that charge less.

We really liked our free room upgrade, this was unexpected and much appreciated. Both the superior and standard rooms were specious, uncluttered and tastefully decorated. The staff were very friendly and eager to help. Breakfast in the restaurant was very good too.

We stayed in the Airedale twice, once at the start of our five week holiday in New Zealand and again at the end. Both stays were very good and I would definitely recommend staying here. Our room for the later stay was behind the lifts on the 8th floor, which was perfectly OK, but was rather outshone by the upgraded room we were given on our first stay.

Have stayed here before and enjoyed the accommodation, the location was perfect for us with just a short walking distance to where we needed to go. Even more outstanding was the friendly staff greeting us on arrival and thanks very much to Savita on reception for the room upgrade! The bed was really comfy for us & appreciated by my partner who has a back issue.

Everything was perfect & the only thing we missed was not having a microwave in our room which is what we originally requested before we got the room upgrade.

Good location, clean, comfortable bed and furniture, well-equipped room, friendly staff.overall we liked it and will stay again.

A couple of drawbacks. First, there is no desk in the room which made it hard for me to work from the room. Second, there is no on-site parking, but the Civic car park is nearby and the valet parking is a good service. The only trick is that if you have to leave for the airport early, you cannot get your vehicle out of the civic before 6 am.

We stayed in a standard king room and wondered how they could have bettered it had we taken the offered upgrade. The room was better than we expected, plenty of room, comfortable furniture, super comfy bed. Bathroom was good size and good facilities.

The only draw back was the fridge. More a wine and drink dispenser(crazy prices). I am diabetic and the fridge was too warm for insulin, fortunately the staff helped and with a froze a freezer pad in the kitchen for me. We had tried to reserve a table in the restaraunt before our arrival but that proved to be too hard for the organization, given how close reception are to the dining area and are served by the same staff??
