Great location with a short distance from airport and to motorway North or South. Nice to have the option to use pool/spa (seasonal). Good help for recommendations for where to get food when we arrived too late for the restaurant from the girl who checked us in.

You can easily hear noisy guests out in the hallway or trying to get into their rooms which was very annoying after a long day of travelling. Not reflective of the accommodation but the restaurant needs some help with being ready to welcome guests, coffee making and food. My eggs bene was drenched in hollandaise with spinach mixed through. I love hollandaise and didn't think it was possible to ever get enough, but this meal was inedible due to watery poached eggs and hollandaise.

Me and my brother flew from Australia and we stayed basically a week and huge thank you to Misha who made our stay amazing and assured we were okay at all times. The room was amazing not too cold had a good view we could just watch morning traffic.Honestly wished we had breakfast but slept in too much lol. The ladies from room service were amazing just loved the way they made our beds.

The dryer in the guest laundromat doesn’t dry clothes properly so gotta give it a hour to fully dry.

On arrival I was booked in and led to my room. The room size was adequate with space to move around the bed, which was clean and comfortable. The en-suite was not cramped and was clean. I dined in the restaurant for an excellent evening dinner and breakfast. The meals are reasonably priced, about the same as you would pay in a high street restaurant. I didn't try the small pool or gym. I am extremely pleased with the price I paid through Booking.com, I have been quoted much more for a hotel of this standard. This was my best deal yet from Booking.com.

The traffic in Aukland, Friday afternoon from 2 till 6 was like Birmingham on a wet December day during Christmas shopping. Absolutely awful. Google maps doesn't cope with the some of the street layouts well, not surprising as there are hardly any streets in the city centre without roadworks.

there wasn't one particular thing that stood out, it just had everything I needed and the price was good. It had laundry, parking, a swimming pool, a nice park around the corner and going to the center only took me 15 min by car. the bathroom had infrared heating, which is really nice.

I was 30-60 min early and if i wanted to check in at that time it would have cost me a fee. not really a complaint since it's fair that I'm only allowed in the room after the official check-in time. But still, it always feels really nice when you're a bit early and they just let you into a room that has already been cleaned without extra cost. I totally get the policy though.

Convenient location although not much in the immediate vicinity. Breakfast was freshly cooked and very tasty. Shame bar isn't open for longer. Poster on wall says happy hour 4-6pm although its not actually open then! Room comfortable though not well sound proofed! Fridge in room is convenient plus kettle for tea and coffee.! Parking free. Staff friendly

Loved the pool and the spa and made sure we used them. We ate pasta and roast pork at the restaurant one night and the meals were delicious and extremely generous. The staff were all lovely- helpful and kind. The property was right at Mt. Richmond/Ōtāhuhu and we enjoyed a lovely exploration around and over the hill. We walked 700 meters to a tasty Vietnamese restaurant another night.

Our window wasn’t working properly. It was either wide open or closed - no inbetween. A shelf or similar in the shower would have been helpful.

The room was spacious and very comfortable with loads of amenities. The room had a fridge, ironing board extra pillows etc. We also went to front desk to ask for somewhere to heat up our leftover food and they gave us a microwave for the room. The bed was super comfortable and quite spacious as well. The bathroom was a decent size also. We made use of the parking at the hotel which was great.

The shower water pressure wasn’t great and it took ages to heat.

Staff were super friendly and helpful.

Bed was advertised as king bed but it's two small singles combined together. Gf fell in crevice.

We enjoyed having Netflix, the Spa and Pool, and the food in the restaurant was Good. Thank You

The noise from next door was so loud, like they were really close, and they stayed up late, being noisy. We did try to change rooms, as we upgraded bedding, but it was booked out (we didn't lay a complaint about the noise either). And, I only rated the location lower because when searching under Auckland Airport this place came up, but it is a 20 to 25 minute drive to the airport.

Lovely place. Easy to access and find. Seemed it had everything there including a casino, pool, bar and a restaurant. Bed was really comfortable too. Value for money was really good.

I didn’t like the noisy people staying there. Some ladies really loud. Screaming, crying, laughing really loud between 10pm - 1.30am I couldn’t sleep. I had no fork or knife in the room. And no chair to sit down and eat my dinner.
