The location was great and we love the old buildings, the apartment nice and tidy and had all the necessary necessities for our family (nice beds, good tv, well working kitchen, washing machine and dish washer etc.). It was also easy to get in touch with Forenom when we needed to, and that's a big plus.

The only minus of the apartment was that it didn't have any storage place at all, and we stayed a whole month. The other thing was the beginning as the door code we got didn't work, and we arrived after midnight. It was freezing cold and the kids were tired and cold. Luckily the taxi driver waited for us to get in, and in the end he drove us to the other apartment nearby that we got from Forenom for that first night. So a poor beginning, but after that all went well and we really enjoyed our stay.

Apartment is furnished with basic, but rather new, well designed and maintained furniture (but for lack of drawers). Kitchenette was well equipped and all appliances (oven, dishwasher, fridge, washing machine) were working properly. It was very clean when we moved in (but for some leftovers of the fur of some previous non-human tenants which were difficult to get rid of), so were the corridors and common spaces. The staff immediately responded to any inquires we had. We have selected Forenom in Kruununhaka as we love the neighbourhood, so from our perspective the localization was perfect.

We have lived on the low first floor (not a ground floor) just above an entrance where the ashtray is located. Smoke from the cigarettes was entering the room quite frequently when the windows were open. If you are very sensitive to the smoke, you may consider asking for a room on the side of the yard and not a street Kristianinkatu. During such a long stays as ours (4 weeks) it would be really convenient if some additional shelves were available in the bathroom and some drawers in the room.

Our large studio was as described. Compact and efficient design it worked very well. It had a well equipped kitchen, the apartment was very clean and three windows made it bright The two single beds were very comfortable. Nice sofa, big TV A real bonus was the laundry room and drying room (both free). Quiet location about 5 mins walk to tram stop and 15 to main train station and around 10 minutes to Senate Square. A few stores not far away.. Good speedy response to a question via messaging. Always a little nervous about places with no reception but check in instructions were on time, thorough and precise so all went smoothly.

Nothing really although our apartment had nothing on the walls. Given the numerous lovely places in Helsinki a picture or two would have made the apartment more homely.

Nice appartment close to the city centre. It would normally be a nice walk (not so much in the winter at -20 C). The access code makes the check-in process extremely simple and there are two supermarkets a few hundred meters away to stock up if needed. The bed was confortable and everything was tidy and clean when we arrived.

The matress and duvets are singles (placed together), so it's not the most confortable arrangement for couples. The windows could do with an upgrade (they are a bit draughty); the sofa is close to the windows and felt a bit cold when sitting there (admittedly it was extremely cold outside).

Beautiful quiet location and clean, well-kept and simple but attractive. Good facilities and I really liked the curtains around the bed

There was a little bit of maintenance needed- the shelf above the bed was loose so everything rolled of it and the shower head didn’t stay up.

the bed in the room was the worse l have evry sleep on , l have been travelling for years and the bed provided was very very bad for two people. one small bed and one long one join together.

Everything was great. the place is very nice, very spacious. The kitchen has everything you need, and the bathroom has a very good shower.

Maybe a couple of chairs would be nice, the stools werent that confortable after a while hehe.

This hotel is on excellent location! We could reach many (almost all interesting points) by walking. The room was big enough for four persons and equipped with every necessary machines.

In general everything was OK, but the kitchen furniture was a little bit injured on some points.

Easy, straightforward access to apartment. Very well maintained building and apartment. Good location, quiet residential area. Apartment was spotlessly clean and well presented.

There wasn't really anything that we didn't like.

like having my very own Helsinki City appartement in the very nice Kruununhaka district . Walking distance to shops & the Helsinki Cathedral or just 200 meter to tram nr 7 stop . Pets also wellcome . Sauna and laundry room in building . No key but access by doorcode handy . 24/7 servicedesk telephone for assistance if any problems Love the dishwasher !

visit often and if any problems occur as not working reading light or missing cutlery then problems are solved quickly !
