Nicely designed room. Lots of closet space and power outlets. The bathroom also provided a lot of space for laying out things. Overall, the room was very clean and everything looked as if it were new or nearly new. Very pleased with the room. Also very helpful and friendly staff.

Wifi was literally not up to speed. The hotel provides free wifi but it was very slow. It is possible to purchase an upgrade. I assume this would be faster. Other places I have stayed in provide free wifi and do not ask you to pay if you want a faster connection. Also, we came by car. Like many places you pay to park your car. The Hilton has a large multi-storey carpark attached to it. When we arrived the car park was full. We ended up parking our car in front of the hotel during our stay. No problem doing this but the car was parked outside adjacemt to the street. Not the safest place to park a carl

The car park was exceptional. Secure and close by. The welcome was warm and the rooms were lovely and clean and very comfortable.

Just a bit nit picky here .. sorry. :-/ The bed was great, but it did have a very pronounced 'squeak' when either one of us turned over in bed! Also, the pillows were lovely - really soft and 'squishy' but when you laid down you were rather flat? I'm asthmatic, so another pillow to elevate me a bit would have been good - perhaps a spare pillow in the wardrobe would be a good idea? 🤔 Anyway, we'd been to a show and as it was rather late when re retired, we didn't want to worry the front desk. I'm certain they would have provided one for me had I asked. It wasn't a big deal and we both slept really well - the room was absolutely super,

On site parking, but quite expensive. Centrally located for all eateries and shops, also very handy for BIC and Pavilion theatre. Very clean well proportioned rooms. Also had an iron and board, hairdryer, kettle and tea, coffee etc. Spacious bathroom complete with toiletries. Ice machine on each floor and ice bucket in the room. Comfy beds and chairs. Plenty of lifts to all floors. Very quiet and warm. Gym and pool free to all guests.

Being very picky as our stay, overall, was great but maybe a Nespresso type coffee machine. These are now the norm in most mid to high end accommodations. Also some complimentary bottled water would be nice.

Cleaner didn't come once during the stay The booking confirmation stated a £50 breakage deposit would be required but when we got there we were charged £150

Our room was spacious, exceptionally clean and very comfortable. The breakfast was superb. All areas of the hotel were clean, tidy and very well presented. Staff were welcoming and friendly.

The queues for breakfast were a little tiresome. There didn't seem to be enough staff clearing tables and getting guests seated quickly. The lady who was greeting and seating people for breakfast was on her own and having to clear some of the tables as well as checking guests in and seating them. I can't remember her name, but she was fantastic having to deal with all of this.

Beautiful decor, comfortable and well-appointed room, delicious and varied breakfast, inclusive spa. So central within a few minutes of the main gardens, restaurants and shopping areas.

These are only tiny things, we really enjoyed our stay. Children’s hours in the spa were quite long - we are teachers so wanted a quiet rest! If reception told us to order robes to our room when we arrived, we wouldn’t have gone to the spa, then back to the room to wait for them, then down again.

The property is lovely clean and has all the facilities you could want as well as feeling safe as you need to use your room key for the elevators. The level8 bar is amazing the cocktails and staff up there were amazing

The reception staff were quite rude on multiples occasions when we arrived we went to ask about parking and as we arrived before check in time and was dismissed completely, when we returned to check we were seen by another staff member who was much more pleasant. When checking out we had a similarly bad experience where the receptionist seems unable to tell me how much i had left to settle or too be returned to my card due to the £100 deposit you pay on checkin, which you’d think would be rather simple. When i asked for a paper copy of my bill to try to work out myself what my remaining balance was, that was almost too much to ask.

The location was perfect for our stay and the hotel was exceptional, room was lovely all hotel was very clean, breakfast was delicious and great value for money! All the staff were very helpful....but one member that stood out was Olivia on the front desk!! She is a credit to the team always there to help and nothing was too much trouble..always greeted with a smile honestly our stay wouldn't have been the same had we not meet Olivia!! Thank you so much for all you did for us and we will definitely be returning

That we had to come home lol

The location was very central with easy access to the cinema, beach and restaurants. Ideal when travelling with granddaughter. Restaurant offered excellent selection.

We had specifically booked the Hilton because it had an indoor pool. However, on our first visit to the pool, there was so much chlorine in the water it was hurting our eyes and we had to leave. We didn't get to swim at all during our stay. Other families were also leaving the area. We mentioned it to the leisure reception staff who said they were aware and were keeping the doors open!

Room was lovely, breakfast great. Pool and spa area ok, especially the sauna and steam room. Liked the hot or cold showers. Changing rooms clean and tidy. Most staff,friendly and helpful. Close to the beach and a carpark.

The pool had a little too much chlorine, especially potent when jacuzzi was turned on. Sky bar was closed, and we weren't told this at the time of booking. Ignored by restaurant manager on Saturday evening, there were lots of empty tables but we were told to wait for half an hour so we had a drink and waited. He j then ust ignored us, so we went elsewhere
