This place is beautiful, new and super clean! Absolutely love the decor, very stylish! It has gorgeous tile in the bathroom shower and in the kitchenette. So much more spacious than a hotel room. The beds were very comfy, we slept great, and I’m very picky about my mattress. The Tv was nice and big too. Also, everyone that worked there was so friendly and nice, even the woman that was cleaning the rooms, super friendly and helpful! We loved this place and will definitely stay here when we come back to Niagara Falls. Also, the location is perfect! You walk only 4 minutes and you are right on the main drag of all the restaurants and fun. You walk a little farther and the Falls are right there! Location is perfect because you are not where the noise is so you can get good sleep. Great new place!

Place ws very clean. Lots of extra pillows nd chairs. Tv in every room. Very close to the Clifton hills

Didn't know there would be stairs . Could use baby gates on hand for people with young ones

* Hand soap dispenser was empty, as was the shower gel dispenser in the shower cubical. It was not replaced/topped up during our stay.

The location was great. Room we had was nice, clean and fairly comfortable

The room needs another sitting place in the one room loft. One comfortable chair and then table chairs not the best when there are 2 people in the room. The bed could have been better quality as well, a proper hotel mattress would have been nice. Shelf space in the bathroom would have been nice. Parking at $20 a night is a bit much, should be part of the room cost, you have a parking lot.

Easy walking distance to Clifton Hill. Roughly 15 min or less drive to everything (Butterfly House, whirl Pool, the Falls). We had a third floor room (top floor) and did not hear noise from other guests. No issues with hot water taking a while like some guests said in their review. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals. Separate rooms and beds gave everyone in the family their own space. Best pillows we have had in a hotel. Free WiFi was a great perk since most of the other hotels in the area charged. Parking was a great deal at $20 per day compared to other hotels in the area. Desk staff always greeted us with a smile. Would definitely stay here again.

This place is amazing! So clean, spacious and beautiful! I will definitely book here again. So convenient for any length of stay, especially long ones. You can cook your own meals, too! The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is walking distance from Clifton Hills and main attractions in Niagara Falls. We really enjoyed our stay at Cannery Lofts.

My only suggestions are that they put hooks inside the smaller bedrooms that don't have a closet and that they use larger garbage bags for the kitcehn and bathrooms. Also, just a heads up if booking with Booking.com, be sure to read the room details thoroughly. They use the same name for suites that are not identical. For example, I booked two executive suites; one had 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, while the other one had 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. I didn't realize this until I saw the rooms in-person.

The rooms were HUGE and very tastefully furnished. The sofabed was comfortable, even the mattress. The king bed was wonderful. Staff was pleasant and helpful with room requests, not very knowledgeable about recommendations for restaurants in the area

The LG Wi-Fi TV was confusing and frustrating to operate. Even though staff did solve the connectivity issue by contacting an IT specialist, that should not have been necessary. WiFi was unreliable. The hotel is still being finished, so maybe when there are decorations/tapestries on the walls, that will help with the sound problem. The guests next door to us were having VERY loud sex around 5pm, and even though I was happy for them, we could hear quite clearly through the walls so it was kind of embarrassing for my teenage daughter.😁

Compared to other hotels in the same price range in Canada the service and staff was very polite, helpfully and friendly. So you feel yourself like a welcome customer, not a walking dollar banknote. I hope other users can understand my english. I just try this to make my review more international. -the room was modern, clean, with a kitchen and a big refrigerator (even with ice - perfect for the summer time) -staff was very helpfully - extending the stay was even possible for the same room. The hotelier tried his best to help us here -they dont got a gym, but have a coop. with a neighbour hotel to use their gym for free the gym quality was, compared to other hotels, the worst (not much equipment). To make this stay a 10/10 rating, they should have one with a bit more stuff. But thats my personal opinion. If you dont need, it would be a 10/10 -Wi-Fi is also good -in total, its just good things to say! A remarkable stay

(-the parking lot could be for free. But this is a worldwide problem. If I would own a hotel, this would be free as a normal service. But its not specific for this hotel, so just to mention it)

Room size and kitchenette was fabulous. Bedding was comfortable.. great pillows!! A dresser or shelving to store clothing instead of living out of a suitcase would have been nice.

Soundproofing between rooms could be better. We were in room 102 and over the weekend we could hear full conversations from the people staying in Room 101. At times their volume made it seem like we were in the same room with them. Pretty sure it was a bachelorette party and they did not quiet down until about 3:00 a.m., thankfully I had ear plugs but otherwise I would have been very frustrated having to listen to their party all night. The in room coffee pouches really didn't give enough instructions on how much water to use to make a pot of coffee, so it was effectively colored water. Would have preferred a Keurig instead of a traditional coffee maker.

We're glad we picked Cannery Lofts as the studio was spotless, roomy and stocked well with all necessities. Decor was modern and fresh. The location was not on the water but only 2 easy blocks from the nearest WEGO(Hop On/Off Niagara bus) stop. Desk staff was friendly and helpful and the beds were very comfortable. This was a quiet haven from touristing and a great value. Would recommend especially if you like to cook your own food because of allergies or cost. Tourist tip- we bought a Wonder pass from Niagara Parks(excellent value)and we should have stopped at the visitor center the afternoon we arrived to book our Behind the Falls tour for the next day as it was sold out by noon. Still had an amazing time.

I was a little confused that the shampoo was also body wash. Took a minute to figure that out.
